Benefit of Recreation

Recreational activities on the new Broomfield Reservoir will be for the benefit of the whole community. No longer will people have to drive an hour to reach the nearest lake to go boating. The reservoir will attract new home buyers to the city, and give people reason not to move out. Swimming and recreation at the new reservoir will keep teens and children busy, and will provide them jobs in water safety and conservation. The recreational activities that have been proposed will provide activities for the entire family, and best of all it will be in our back yards.
